From passion to excellence: hotma hotels group
Hotma Hotels is a hotel management company based in Genoa, Italy, with over 70 years of experience in the art of hospitality. It was born with the purpose of offering our guests the best of Italian hospitality and becoming the first hotel management company in Liguria.
Our strategy is based on multi-segmentation: the hotels managed by Hotma Hotels are specialized on different desires and needs in terms of design, service, location, pricing, and positioning. By doing so, we are able to intercept different demand shares, and thus maximize business KPIs.
Excellence, legality, and respect are the values that define our corporate philosophy. We want to satisfy the needs and desires of travellers through products and services that go beyond the usual standards in terms of design optimization, efficiency, and passion for our work.
Currently, we manage 6 facilities- 4 hotels and 2 restaurants - and we are constantly growing to strengthen our corporate identity and well-being, especially for our employees.
Hotma Hotels is committed to limiting its impact within the various microsystems in which it operates. The company has therefore decided to focus mainly on 4 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals devised by the United Nations and is acquiring ESG certification.
